When you join SIBL you effectively have access to a board of non-executive directors at a fraction of the normal cost and return on the investment is very rapid.

We are delighted to welcome Mark-Paul Buckingham of Reactec as a new member.

Mark-Paul is the Managing Director of Reactec Limited- experts in the science of Vibration. Reactec is effectively two companies with core expertise in vibration engineering technology;  One side of the company manufactures and sells unique health and safety products and services which manages personal exposure to Hand Arm Vibration, driven by legislation.  The other side of the company solves noise and vibration issues for the renewable sector with creative solutions.’

Mark-Paul is a dynamic driving member of the team, with a Global vision of the Company coupled with strong business and engineering skills.  Mark-Paul Buckingham achieved First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh and has submitted for a PhD in Mechanical Engineering based on complex composite monitoring structures.

Mark-Paul has cut his business teeth growing Reactec, responsible for raising £2.1Million Equity, £400k Government Grants and driving the company growth from 0 to £1m+. Earlier this year Mark-Paul was chosen to join UK and Indian Priministers’ at the India-UK Business Summit held in Delhi. He presented at the event and was part of live televised debate with the Priministers’ and leading entrepreneurs such as Richard Branson and Peter Jones.
